IET® Levels I

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)® is a holistic energy healing modality that aims to facilitate the release of emotional and energetic blockages from the human energy field. It is based on the idea that unresolved emotions and traumas can manifest as physical and emotional issues, and by clearing these blockages, one can achieve a state of balance and well-being. IET is typically taught in three levels, each building upon the previous one.

Level 1 - Basic IET

Level 1 of Integrated Energy Therapy introduces students to the foundational principles and techniques of the modality. At this level, participants learn about the human energy field, chakras, and how to work with the energy of angels for healing.

Key components of Level 1 include:

1. Understanding the energy anatomy. Students gain knowledge about the nine cellular memory areas within the body where emotional imprints are stored and how they relate to the chakras.

2. Connection with angels: Participants learn to connect with and invoke the assistance of angelic beings, particularly the "Healing Angels of the Energy Field," to facilitate energy clearing and healing.

3. Energy clearing techniques. Level 1 provides basic techniques for clearing and releasing energy blockages from the body's cellular memory areas, promoting emotional and physical healing.
