During this series of 8 weekly meditations.

Session 1,

You'll be introduced to an explanation of what meditation is and its potential benefits. We will work to understand your needs, goals and expectations for meditation. We will Identify any specific concerns or challenges you may have. By clarifying the commitment required for an effective meditation practice it will help deepen your practice. During our sessions we will discuss any misconceptions or myths about meditation.

Students will be provided ongoing support, check-ins, and guidance as you develop your meditation practice.
